Obstruction of justice is a felony, and the report explicitly said that Trump had committed that offense eleven times. But there's no point debating that--it's established fact.

The primary benefit of Bolton's book is that it shows what the impeachment trial would have been like if Moscow Mitch hadn't made a sham of it.
