Trump’s Revocation Of Birthright Citizenship Tossed As Unconstitutional

The Reagan Judge lectured the attorney for the Trump administration for defending an executive order that violated the constitution on its face.

Completely expected.  The libs always go to their most corrupt circuit judges.  This is actually great news, it should get pushed to SCOTUS.

 

I guess you think any random person could or should be able to walk, drive or even fly in 9 months pregnant, pop out a little goober and call them a US Citizen.  Sounds retarded to me.  Trump will get that cleared up one way or another and even if he loses the case, at least it will be clarified.  I think he'll win.

Read the Constitution:  "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."  I guess the founders didn't mind "a little goober" popping out.  Seems clear already.

The jurisdiction part is the key.

"and subject to the jurisdiction thereof"


If the intent was to include All persons, why include the above clause in the admendment?


cause either it has meaning or it doesn't.

 

if it has meaning then the courts need to rule on that meaning.

🤪 If only you understood what the term jurisdiction means.  It means where you are presently, and which laws you are subject to. 

 

Once you cross the border you are subject to United States jurisdiction.  Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to deport anybody as they wouldn't be subject to any legal process or required to follow any laws in the United States.  

 

MAGA will preach the sanctity of the 1st and 2 Amendment and their l willingness to defend the US Constitution with their life until the cows come home. The 14th Amendment being overturned by executive order, with no vote in Congress or by the American people? MAGA says, "Yeah, that sounds good, I don't like that amendment."
