The Jurisdiction portion is important. 14th was highly contested by the Democrats since they didn't want slaves to become citizens. and you're absolutely clueless as to what jurisdiction means. If you are saying somebody illegally crossing, the US border isn't subject to US jurisdiction, then they can't be deported because US law doesn't apply to them as they aren't subject to US jurisdiction.
For there to be deportations the US has to have jurisdiction over the people they are deporting. Once you enter the US legally or illegally you are subject to the jurisdiction of the US.
It really is embarrassing to hear people make such ignorant arguments.
