Trump’s tarrifs ruled illegal again

And Donny is squealing like a stuck pig. 😂 Next stop the Supreme Court.

Won't it be great when the goverment has to return all that money. 

Well, the government can't. The Turd has already spent it. Hookers who are willing to touch him are extremely expensive.

But all that aside...SCOTUS is Trump's drooling lap dog. What are the chances that they rule against him? Zero.

I want to know, though: after the Trumpiffs are stamped out, one way or another, how is the average American going to be compensated? If it takes until 2029 for that to happen, how does Fred Public get back the extra ten grand or so he had to cough up? Is there any way to fix it other than tripling the tax on billionaires and giving the American people a five-year tax holiday?

The headline for the ruling says it was a 7-4 vote. Seems you're missing a few folks. 

I must admit MAGA, and certainly tom are very consistent with their excuses. My suggestion is a simple, "It's not fair", in a high-pitched whiny voice would be as convincing.

Trump used "emergency powers" to override Congress and the Seperation of Powers to rationalize his tariffs. 

The woke, radical court went way out on a limb and said our country is not in a state of emergency with its relationship with Canada and France.

As obvious as that sounds - I wouldnt bet the farm that Samuel Alito and Clarence THomas will agree.   After all, ALito was cheering on the Jan 6 riot with an upside down flag from his house....and Clarence Thomas openly accepts bribes.    SO there's that.

Trumpiffs are just another Turd attempt to unlawfully expand his power. Spending and taxation are the purview of Congress. The Turd actually thought that he could bleat "emergency!!" and blot out the Constitution.

Unfortunately, he's probably right. MAGA owns the courts. SCOTUS sucks his tiny dick and has never ruled against him (ultimately). 

The current fascist crisis will only be solved by the Turd's death. May it come soon!
