She said their dangerous if they fall into the wrong hands because they could be used to make bio-weapons.
Thats a giant crock as my fact check article clearly points out. These are testing labs and vertinary labs.....the kind that are widely available in every zip code in the world. They can test for disease but they cant develop microbes for weapons. And their is nothing in the Ukraine facilites that isnt widely available within Russia's borders.
