Of course, that was a temporary blip caused by the Republipig shutdown. But the Turd didn't know either way, because he keeps firing or muzzling the people who report such things to him. You keep shooting the messengers, they stop showing up even when they have good news!
I was really surprised when he didn't seize on this report as PROOFY PROOF that America is entering a new golden age and his policies are working perfectly.
