The Turd-pig fails again: DOGE purge ruled unlawful

In response to a lawsuit filed by Elon-purged federal workers, a federal judge ordered thousands of them reinstated, calling the Turd's move "unlawful" and a "sham."

Nice to know that there are still some protections against the Turd's and Elon's illegal shit!

One thing I was surprised to read is that these firings of "probationary" workers included career civil servants who had recently been promoted but were still in probationary status in their new positions. Hundreds of them have worked for the federal government for a decade or more.

And these awful fucks prattle about "waste," when in reality, there's nothing wasteful about probationary employees!

So hooray hooray, and fuck you, Turd!

Democrat hack judge appointed by clinton; will be reversed upon appeal.

Probationary employees can be fired

The convicted felon is doing something illegal?  Who could have predicted

So he's a "hack" because he wasn't appointed by Trump? Or because he ruled that Trump's illegal actions were indeed illegal?

Why do you support the idiotic, cruel, and unlawful mass firings? What justification can you dream up?

Stupid, stupid Tom.

Stupid Tom is absolutely 100 percent stupid Tom dead wrong BTW. Probationary employees CANNOT be fired without cause. That's why Elon's been waving those IQ tests at people--to cobble together some kind of pretext.

This playing out as I said it would. The firings were illegal, and eventually, the United States government will have to pay for the harm they caused to federal employees which is going to cost a hell of a lot more money than DOGE saves. This is not very efficient and it is wasteful.  It was abusive because it was illegal.  Maybe DOGE ought to fire itself? It is certainly failing its primary mission if it doesn't.

One thing about you - you are consistently wrong, as usual.

The Federal Court agrees with me so I am satisfied.

No, one Federal liberal Judge agrees with you, at the moment. The ruling will be overturned.

Wanna bet? Promise to kill yourself if you're wrong?

The reality is that federal courts are extremely reluctant to overturn previous federal courts' rulings. There would have to be justifiable cause to do so, as well as precedent, as since DOGE itself is illegal and has only existed for a couple of months, no way in hell that their actions will be ruled legal.

But then, you knew all that.
