But he's obviously not as energetic as he used to be. His mind wandered repeatedly, he rambled off into momentary silence a dozen times, and he's gotten more blatant with how he signals his lies: his hand gestures and how his voice trails off. All in all, a pretty pathetic performance.
I do note, however, that his outright lie frequency was lower than in the past. Only about one every two minutes. Could be that his rhetorical style now includes many ridiculous statements that technically, can't be considered lies, such as "I am the greatest human being in the history of the world."
I also noted that MAGA's periodic applause was more dutiful and forced than genuinely enthusiastic. Of course, we all know that plenty of them, as well as normal people, are frightened by the coming economic implosion and repulsed by the Turd's behavior. Buyer's remorse is already setting in.
