No. Anyone who has already served two terms as President isn't "constitutionally ineligible." He can't be ELECTED President again. But there's nothing preventing him from getting back into the Oval Office in other ways.

 

MAGA has in fact suggested that way for Trump to get a third term.

Interesting point.

It doesn't say "constitutionally ineligible to the elected".  You have a point.
