Has this been suggested by...anyone?
1. Immediate ceasefire and Russian troops return to their own country.
2. Free and fair referenda are held in the occupied Ukrainian provinces. Citizens are offered the choice of joining Russia or remaining in Ukraine.
3. The EU gives Ukraine a security guarantee of whatever borders result.
4. The UN will expel Russia if it resumes armed aggression against Ukraine.
5. The EU will cease all trade with Russia if it resumes armed aggression against Ukraine.
I realize that Putin will only agree to something like this if his armies stall out. Therefore, the EU should shore up Ukraine, financially and militarily.
Whatever nonsense Putin and the Turd have cooked up means less than nothing.
