I support taxpayer-funded surgery to sterilize all MAGAs. And I'd even throw in some bucks to treat Diaper Donny's rectal incontinence.
Like I said before, for the typical MAGA male, a passable male to female trans is their dream girl. Trump had to make more "girlfriends" for the MAGA faithful.
