Unemployment Up Job Creation Down Thanks Trump

Only 14k jobs created in June and unemployment is on the rise pretty much as the those of us on the left predicted.

On the bright side for you conservatives, Trump is getting ready to pardon the most notorious living sex trafficker in the world. What a feather in your cap for those of you that voted for Trump.

Unemployment down by 1/10 of 1%.  Here is job creation data by month...which is a crappy stat anyway.  Never trust a Liberal to present a fair assessment of  .

And he just fired the Labor commissioner for reporting the shitty jobs number.       Little Green Men in the government out to get Trump....gotta get rid of those.

I dont know who the replacement will be......but you can bet its a election denying yes-man that will do what he/she is told instead of the honest work.

Who in their right mind will trust the jobs number going forward?

When Biden was creating 250k/month you said that was awful and he was ruining the economy.

Trump's numbers are worse across the board and now you are waving your pom-poms.

Happy Friday !

Sure, it so good Trump had to fire the guy that complied the numbers.

They are already fudging the inflation numbers by refusing to include updated pricing on some of the items in the basket of goods they use to measure inflation.

19,000 jobs in May, 14,000 jobs in June--can you imagine the howling if Biden were president?  But, you know, the Republican Party is the party of "personal responsibility."  So the answer we get is:  fire the messenger.  These enablers seem to have an insatiable appetite for bullshit.

When I saw the revised numbers today, it reminded me how the MAGA/right-wing media would react when the Biden Administration would have that happen. They would claim that Biden was "cooking the books" to make it look better for him, and the revised numbers exposed his "crooked ways". I always thought to myself, "These numbers have always been revised a few months later for as long as I can remember.", Why doesn't MAGA know that?

Now, Trump fires the Director in charge, yet no other President has ever done that.

What's missed in the jobs report is that the jobs lost are foreign-born and government workers, while native-born workers continue to make exceptional gains & real wage growth under Trump. -Barnes

I'm sure the economy will react differently than normal when only foreign-born and government workers stop or reduce their spending, because of being unemployed, than if it were native-born workers. Everyone knows a native-born worker's dollar is much more powerful when spent than a foreign-born or a government worker's dollar.
