‘Unhinged’ Democrats barge into Speaker’s office, demand answers on DOGE’s access to Treasury data

The DemocRat crooks are getting desperate - A pair of House Democrats barged into House Speaker Mike Johnson’s office at the Capitol on Wednesday demanding answers on why Elon Musk’s government efficiency team has access to taxpayers’ data. Reps. Judy Chu of California and Gwen Moore of Wisconsin barreled into the speaker’s office during a scheduled meeting with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith, Missouri Republican. -- The lawmakers said their main focus was to find out why Mr. Musk and his associates at the Department of Government Efficiency were able to gain access to the federal payment system at the Treasury Department, which has drawn sharp criticism and questions of its legality from congressional Democrats. The confrontation came as Democrats have been on a warpath to bar Mr. Musk from being allowed to meddle with government functions. Sounds like insurrection.  I don't recall such actions from Republicans when Hillary tried to take over 15% of government spending.

Just so you understand whats happening.   Elon Musk has a team comprised of 25 year old kids who have been given Administrative access to the country's payment system.      That has things like peoples Social Security numbers, corporate bank account numbers, and checking account details for 100s of millions of accounts.

A single digit number of people in the government have that access.    Contractors categorically are not ever given access to that sensitve data.  Until now.   With Elon Musk and his 25 year old kids.    

Democrats on the House oversite committee were asking what kind of oversite was being done on the team of 25 year old kids accessing the bank account data of millions of Americans.   And Republicans really dont want them to ask.

Draining the swamp?  They are the swamp.

   These "kids"are in the process of exposing the graft, greed and wasteful spending of the corrupt DemocRatic party - they are draining the swamp. Those who have done nothing wrong have nothing to worry about - the corrupt DemocRats have everything to worry about, as will become apparent as the process continues. 

I dont have a problem with the audits.   Is it too much to ask for some oversite?   Or is it ok to give 25 year old kids and a contractor unsupervised access to systems so senstive that only a few people have access to them?

Clearly MAGA and Republicans arent concerned.     Reagan used to say "trust but verify".    MAGA just says "trust".      Thats how naive they are,.

  You really don't give a shit about what is happening - all you want to do is cause dissention and be arguementative, as is your want. These "kids" are researching where the money has been spent, who spent it and why. The corrupt DemocRats are shitting their pants because they are neck deep in the graft and wasteful spending. 

The kids are completely unqualified, what they're doing is unlawful, and the information they're accessing is private. If Democrats did anything remotely like that, you'd be freaking out and whining.
