"Substance" is something you can see or touch....like the data I've provided on this thread. Whatever "research" you claim to have done is still strangely absent. And that would not fall into the definition of "substance".

His continuing blunder is to try to convince others to adopt his beliefs by using his own made-up "facts." It may work for Trump, Mother Tucker, etc., but it won't work for Boiler---except for maybe with Tommie-poo.
The red states have a higher rate of Delta variant cases. People who refuse the vaccine for political reasons will eventually become immune through death, or contacting Covid and building antibodies, (problem for some will become longhaulers). Why are the Dems trying to save the misguided. Let people make their own choice to vaccinate or not. Mandates will hurt the Dems in the upcoming midterms. This is an oppurtunity to clean up the gene pool.

I told you than I have 50 sample individual sets of data.................not poll data mind you, but 50 actual voting sets and 50 actual sets of vaccine data in Chicago. I agree that in general, the Democrats should let the MAGA crowd rot. But Biden's message has always been compromise, cooperate, kum-by-ya. That message is obsolete now that the Republican party has mutated into the RepubliQ. They have absolutely no interest in compromise and are utterly ruthless in their relentless pursuit of absolute power. That bunch used to have some semblance of ethics. They have none now.
The only reason, albeit a good one, to save the misguided is that allowed to run free, they will infect others. And of course, I'm not just referring to Covid here. They spread diseases, such as bigotry and Trumpism, that are in many ways even more dangerous.

Kevin, I agree with the bigory and Trumpism statement.
Trump said during the first Covid surge to let nature runs it's course and herd immunity will be achieved. My own personal belief I've had for years is that the earth is over populated. The human race is like a malignancy on this planet, sickening and destroying the planet. The times before and after Christ, We had war, famine and disease to self correct the proper balance to maintain the health of the planet. The advance of medical science and political diplomacy has staved off disease and war.
When HIV started, there was segments of society said let it go, it's only infecting gays and IV drug users. Let Covid go it's only infecting the unvaccinated and Trump supporters. It's a win win for the rest of us. We will save the planet, get rid of the Trumpers and the political backlash will destroy the GOP.
Now that I have solved that problem. I will work on eliminating poverty and curing cancer.
