He undid all of Trump's Executive orders because he was against them and that helped create the mess that he made on the border with a nonexistent border policy, pretty simple. Trump should have known it and passed legislation to enact policy on immigration and the border that couldn't be easily overturned. Obama passed the Affordable Care Act and the Republicans spent about 12 years trying to eliminate it, they weakened it, but could not eliminate it because it was passed into law.
Why did Trump undo Obama's executive orders? Because he could, it's easy. Understand the difference?

Because the Republicans are powerless to stop bad policy and are ineffective in the House even though they have the majority, I believe most of it stems from the MAGA never-compromise stance on everything. No compromise means no action, which means they are powerless to balance out the Dems. It's their own fault, they like to talk about it but are incapable of doing anything about it. We had a bill to add more border agents, speed up deportation hearings, and check more incoming vehicles for contraband. But Republicans concluded that fixing the border was less important than being able to complain about the border.

Actually, racist dumdum, illegal migrants have been repeatedly shown to commit fewer crimes than native-born Americans. That makes perfect sense--they want to keep their heads down, for one thing, and for another, the vast majority of them are law-abiding, decent people who just want a chance at a better life. That's SO horrible, I know.
