Only Congress can object to Trump's imposition of tariffs and Congress has not done so. The states suing Trump have no basis to do so. -- Once again, a Federal Court oversteps it's authority. The Court of International Trade is only empaneled to hear Civil Matters... it does not have authority to make rulings on Constitutional or Legislative matters. -- Why did the court not overturn biden's increase in tariffs on China and Canada? Why did they only get involved when it's Trump impose the tariffs?
