"Biden's gang ban on oil" refers to phasing out fossil FUELS, i.e. burning oil, coal and natural gas for generation of electricity and for heating. It's not about banning the use of fossil MATERIALS used in the manufacture of products like drugs.

You have to understand, Tom has a raging hard-on for Biden and abandons logic, truth, and reason to criticize him. He posts some raving nonsense criticizing Biden pretty much every single day.
But yes, Biden didn't say "The use of fossil products as vehicle fuel," which would have been more precise, and stupid Tommie-poo's head exploded.
