There's a new chain of chiropractors called "The Joint"...its created by the same people who gave us "Massage Envy". They have locations in Vegas and accept walkins and are open on weekends
Speaking from painful experience, as well as my mother's lifelong problems with sciatica, I would not recommend going to a chiropractor; the problem will come back. See an orthopedist and get it treated properly.
Saturday is not a great day to try to get anything but a basic medical problem taken care of in Las Vegas. I suggest going to an urgent care provider (UMC has several all across the Valley), and they can prescribe muscle relaxers and pain pills until you can get to see an orthopedist.
The chiropractor visit MAY offer you short-term relief, and by short-term I mean as little as just a few hours. It's not an actual medical treatment and can't re-align your slipped disc. Ultimately, you may have to get a cortisone shot, which is no fun but will work.
