    Harris already ducked out on two prior debate opportunities. She doesn't get to dictate to her opponent this way. If she wanted a second debate, she should have shown up on Fox News.

If he disagrees with the Vice President, why doesn't he say it to her face?

Since no second Harris/Trump debate has yet been arranged, she couldn't "duck out." Even if you append "period" to your lie.

What snopes is saying is that with harris saying the discussion never happened & Trump says it did.  Without any evidence one way or another snopes believes harris. 

The correct response should be inconclusive. 

But snopes has a credibility program.  A true fact check group should have no bias.
