VICTOR DAVIS HANSON: Biden fingerprints all over Trump prosecutions

The White House is terrified of the will of the people in November and so is conniving to silence them. --https://ground.news/article/victor-davis-hanson-biden-fingerprints-all-over-trump-prosecutions  -  https://www.reviewjournal.com/opinion/opinion-columns/victor-davis-hanson/victor-davis-hanson-biden-fingerprints-all-over-trump-prosecutions-3065260/?utm_source=ground.news&utm_medium=referral

The liklihood of Judge Merchan randomly being the presiding Judge in all 3 Trump related NY trials is 2,271,252 to 1. By law, judges are randomly chosen, so I'm sure this was just a coincidence.

😆 You guys are insane.  The Federal legal system and the individual legal system of each state are different.

Aileen Cannon was also selected for 2 of Trump's trials  - using the same random process.      (He sure has alot of trials doesnt he?)

Do you have some moron on Facebook weighing in with the conspiracy fix there?

But in the end -  judges dont render verdict.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to remind everyone that Trump was found guilty by 12 jurors he and his lawyers agreed to after listening to 7 Repulican witnesses from his own inner circle say he was guilty....along with the receipts of his accounting  and the audio transcripts of his own conversations.

And now you have the pleasure of supporting an official convicted felon to be president in November.   Congratulations on reaching a new low.

Can you explain your methodology of how you arrived at that number with their being 28 justices in the New York Supreme Court Criminal Division New York County (Manhattan) where all three cases were ajudicated?  Thank you.

he and his lawyers agreed to after listening to 7 Repulican witnesses from his own inner circle say he was guilty.

When did they say that?

In 2023 there were 156,000 cases in NYC.  Somehow murchan was selected 4 cases in a row

At the trial he was found guilty in.      What else can I help with, Tom?

And people who shrug off Clarence THomas' 4 million dollars of undisclosed gifts from conservative special interest mongers dont get to cry about corrupt judges - especially when they have no evidence.

But thats all moot.   Trump is a convicted felon.  And Tom is voting for a convicted felon to be president.

I'm definitely not a math expert, I just use some gambling probability to find any advantage play I can. Thank goodness for Huntington Press and their books and blogs. tom, will you explain to me how the number of cases matters in calculating the improbability of Merchan being selected for 4 of trumps cases? PJ said 28 judges can be selected, so this is how I think about it. 28 judges are like 52 cards in a deck, and 156,000 cases are the number of times you might play video poker, are you saying that by playing more often your odds of hitting a royal flush 4 times are less? I think that is wrong. I would appreciate a reply, but I've found that MAGA usually runs and hides when logic, math, or any Amendment past the 2nd is brought up. Thanks!

I would also like to see the math on this, I know as a Purdue Graduate, and with your high esteem for their academic standards, that you can support this. I'm not a math expert, so your help in understanding is appreciated.

It's been awhile since I've used my math background in a problem such as this.  However, the number of arraignments in New York County in 2023 numbered 36,418.  Those are the cases handled by the criminal division of the Supreme Court of New York in New York County of which Judge Merchan presides. Civil cases are handled by a separate group of judges.
