For the chances of Judge Marchan being chosen four times equalling  2,271,252 to 1, the number of judges in the pool would have to be the 4th root of  2,271,252. But that 4th root = 38.820965351864. Since 0.820965351864 of a person cannot be appointed judge, it's a made-up number.

Boilerboob assumed that EVERY SINGLE JUDGE in NYC would be eligible to hear the case(s). Family court judges, probate court judges, night court judges, appeals court judges...in reality, the pool was 38 judges. And since the Trump cases were related and had the same evidence, witnesses, etc., the same judge presided over all the cases. ALL courts do that, in order to save time and assure the defendant of his right to a speedy trial (aside from the fact that that was the last thing Trump actually wanted). So Boilerboob's made-up conspiracy is nonsense, which is par for the course for him.

Queston:   What do these three famous conspiracies all have in common?

-Obama was born in Africa.

-Hillary hid felonious activity in her emails.

-Joe Biden was in a money laundering scheme with his son.

-Trump's judge was hand picked by Deep State liberals.

Answer:    They are all baseless and evidence free bullshit  made up by conservatives and fueled by posters on LVA Kitchen Sink.   They dont have to provide evidence for their bullshit.   Everyone else is required to prove their bullshit is false.
