I said it wasn't an insurrection. MAGA has said it doesn't believe it was an insurrection since no one was charged with insurrection. I said it was an act of seditious conspiracy. Thirteen people were convicted of seditious conspiracy for their actions before, during, and after Jan 6th. So if MAGA only believes it to be true if someone is charged, they must think it's true that Jan 6 was an effort to overturn the US government and that a group of people planned to overthrow the government and attempted to carry out that plan.

Insurrection had a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail, seditious conspiracy has a maximum sentence of 20 years in jail, so what they did was worse than insurrection.

You must believe it's true, according to your test, people were charged with the crime and convicted.

They have different tests.   Thats what you dont understand.   

According to Tom and Boilerman, Joe Biden is guilty of money laundering.  Not only is there no conviction on that front, there was never a charge.....in fact, the entire narrative around that accusation comes from a Russian agent that is now sitting in prison after confessing he made it all up.     The Russian agent had the integrity to admit that fact.   Tom and Boilerman still run with it.

But even court convictions dont make them think Trump may have done anything wrong.

Why are the charges always dropped for the thousands that have been arrested at various riots the last 5 years as they committed billions in damages & injured over 1,000 cops?

I think anyone who engages in violence should be punished in accordance with the law regardless of political motivation.    Im fine with Rod Blegoyovich, Bob Menendez, Andrew cuomo, etc being held accountable for their crimes.    I don't rationalize their criminal behavior by making  up pussy, bullshit conspiracies about little green men in the government who use lawfare or whatever.
