Did you notice the chart says requires ID to register or cast a vote? It doesn't say and.

OK, so I'll modify the question I've been asking: why would anyone cast an illegal vote, and why would anyone have sex with David?

What makes a vote "illegal"?

If you are not registered to vote, or vote with someone's else's name.

And what are the chances that vote will be counted, given that the signature on the ballot won't match any signature on file?

If "you vote with someone else's name," you'd have to successfully forge their signature, and they would have to not vote themselves. If you're not registered, your ballot will be thrown out, if you even get that far.

And why would anyone do that? You keep weaseling away from that simple question.

Cast by someone who isn't a registered voter. Such a vote/ballot will be thrown out and not counted.

If voter id is so bad how is it not a single person has come forward in voter id states that they were not allowed to vote?

You claim to "know" that no one, ANYWHERE, has "come forward"?

And just to try to educate your pea brain: anyone who had their right to vote taken away would have to hire a lawyer and sue the state. And most people who can't get ID are poor.
