Wage growth outpaces inflation; Republicans moan and whine

Just a public service announcement.

The Misery Index is now produced by the liberal media boogeyman.

That is all.

I'd say that the most accurate vote for which states are most liked is by PEOPLE MOVING THERE.  Never trust a poll generated by an agenda drivin Lyin' Liberal.

People have moved to and from every state in the Union for over a century.

Of COURSE Boiler doesn't "trust" a poll, the results of which school and refute him.

Yep, you guys are right.  People are fleeing California, Illinois, and NY because they love these places so much.  People or flocking to Florida and Texas because they hate these places so much.

Your argument makes exceptional sense.

Its not an argument.  Its data.   You telling a story about one of your friends is not data.

But thanks for stopping by,

"People are fleeing" makes no sense. You have NO proof that any significant number of people are "fleeing" anything. None. None. None. None. None.

Stupid lying Con.

1) Money. They're too stupid to be able to earn the money they need to be able to stay in nice places.

2) They're scumbag conservitard assholes who LUVVVV to live in shitholes where the people and the government are all inbred, drooling racists and bigots.

What else can I clarify for you, Boilerboob?

They arent - certainly not for high paying jobs.

Baby Boomers are retriing...and there's more of them than Gen X.   So they're doing the same thing retired people have been doing for decades - moving to the beach in FLorida.   Thats why your argument holds up there but then loses all of its steam when you point to Arkansas, Mississippi, and pretty much every trailer park shithole run by Republicans.

Do you have the data about all the people from Boston who moved to Baton Rouge?     I couldnt find it either.

Now for the facts; not speculation

Siena College poll which has been posted before:

New Yorkers are so worried about crime, sky-high housing costs and struggling schools, 27% percent of state residents said they want to move away in the next five years, a survey revealed Wednesday.

A total of 40% of respondents said New York is not a good place to raise children — including an alarming 61% of black respondents

49% of respondents rated New York fair or poor when asked if it is a place where they feel safe from crime

57% said the political system doesn’t work for them, compared to 38% who said it did

26% said the overall quality of education is fair or poor as a statewide debate rages over opening more charter schools.

“These are high numbers. These are take your breath away numbers,” Don Levy, SCRI’s polling director said of the number of New Yorkers wanting to leave.

New York’s tax base shrank by $19.5 billion while California lost $17.8 billion as a result of workers fleeing those states

The number of New Yorkers earning between $150,000 and $750,000 fell by about 6% between 2019 and 2020.  The number of Individuals earning more than $750,000 plunged by nearly 10% during that same time period, according to income and tax liability data released by the city Independent Budget Office

Oooo - Tom cherry picked a city that lost people during the work from home era of COVID.

Can I play?

West Virginia population shrinking faster than any state

Mississippi cant retain young people

Kansas will pay you 15K to move to Topeka. Are you deseperate enough?

That was fun
