"People are fleeing" makes no sense. You have NO proof that any significant number of people are "fleeing" anything. None. None. None. None. None.

Stupid lying Con.

I have posted links with the data many times, and you don't read it.

Pj the data I posted from the Siena Colllege survey shows that people are moving or looking to move for reasons other than working remotely

None of that data indicates anyone's reasons for moving. Yet, you claim to know that.

Stupid Tommie-poo, obviously, people move for a myriad of reasons. Your faux "survey" didn't ask people about that, though.

It's been very well documented, to the point that only an idiot conservitard looking to make some kind of stupid point would dispute it, that the sharp rise in remote work due to the pandemic resulted in a population dispersal from urban centers to suburbs, and from areas with high cost of living to those with lower COL. That doesn't mean it's the only reason people have moved. But those who lived in urban centers because they had to for employment have been given other options. So if you don't like living in big cities, you might not have to any more.

Stupid Tommie-poo.

It is not a fake survey as Siena College surveys are respected.

If people love their city & are working remotely, why are they moving hundreds of miles to other states?  Probably due to the reasons the numerous studies that have been listed here.

kevin is to stupid to accept facts.

Who gives a shit?  They cant move from NY to FLorida with their current high-salaried job unless their employer allows them to work remotely.

And isnt funny how you get to pick and choose which surveys you think are relevant and which ones are "liberal boogeymen"?

They cant move from NY to FLorida with their current high-salaried job unless their employer allows them to work remotely.

They could work remote or they could get a new job.  They could also sell their residence & get a cheaper residence, with less real estate taxes, no income tax & an overall lower cost of living.

People are doing it and taking their money with them as evidenced by the billions in lost income these states are experieincing.

People are moving, accept the facts.

They are moving to Florida and Texas because it's better.
