Since 1979 Iran's basic dogma is to wipe out Israel and the US (the Great Satan & the Little Satan).  Iran can use its weapons to bully the rest of the Middle East.   So it is in the interest of the US and Israel as well as the rest of the Middle East to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon 

1  "Biden got them to stop developing nuclear weapons"?  lol...how did Biden do that?  The Biden administration tried to hand over $6 billion for hostages and refused to enforce Trump's sanctions.  Biden had nothing to do with the JCPOA and never had talks with Iran about it.  It's well documented that Iran was cheating on that deal from day 1.  Doesn't Kevin ever get tired of being wrong?

2  Iran does have a treaty obligation.  They signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in 1969 and never withdrew from it.  The IAEA has declared them in breach of those obligations...Ouch.  Wrong again.

3  Only an idiot would argue that a country widely considered the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism has a right to develop nuclear weapons. Iran or its proxies have been attacking and killing Americans for decades, including 240 Marines in Lebanon, 19 air force personnel at Khobar Towers, and over 600 during the Iraq war.  And Kevin thinks they should have WMDs?   Kevin must be an idiot.  

4  Of course, this is coming from someone who says Trump is Hitler while advocating for an Iranian regime that wants to wipe out the Jews, makes being gay subject to the death penalty, and flogs women for defying compulsory veiling laws.

1. There is no enforcement mechanism in the Non-Proliferation Treaty other than trade sanctions...which are already in place. It does NOT allow a signatory to use force against another signatory, even if they DO violate the treaty.

So no, we do NOT have the right to prevent Iran or any other nation from developing nuclear weapons. Sorry.

2. We may not like Iran. They may be assholes. They may be a totalitarian regime and really really mean towards Israel. That does NOT give us the right to interfere in their internal affairs. And while a low-grade state of war may exist between them and Israel, we are NOT at war with them and the use of force against them is ILLEGAL. Trump-lickers say he can disregard that. He can't.

3. Biden returned money that belonged to Iran. MAGA painted it as some kind of giveaway. But MAGA elected one of the biggest crooks in US history, so they may be a little fuzzy on the concept of ownership.

I don't care how nasty-poo Iran or any other country may be. Absent a declaration of war, we CANNOT use force against another sovereign nation.

If the Turd wants to pursue the proper legal course, he can ask Congress for a declaration of war. He can't bypass that requirement, much as he wants to be a dictator.
