Was it "rogue killers" that murdered the Washington Post journalist?

Gee, I dont know.

 I mean the Saudi dictator "strongly denies" his government had any involvement....and thats big.   He didn't just deny it - he strongly denied it.   Kinda like Putin when asked if he meddled in our election.

In both cases our president just cant figure out who to believe:  our intelligence agencies or the autocratic thugs that strongly deny having any knowledge.  Even if the victim recorded his own murder.     Yesterday Trump gave creedance to the thugs by floating their story.   Associatted Press

This is the sitting president of the UNited States.   The same president who has declared the free press to be the enemy of the people.    And now he's standing by the dictator who had one of our own press contributors killed.     

In this case, Trump has a very good reason to believe the Saudis. 

I thought the Saudi's were giving up on the strong denial and now going with, "Maybe we killed him but only "accidentally". Then we "accidentally" dismembered his body and carried him out in tiny pieces." 

And it gets better.   In the wake of the Washington Post journalist being murderd by a foreign government Donald Trump went to Montana to praise a Congressman who body slammed a reporter in 2017.   He wasn't just endorsing the Congressman - he was praising that specific incident.

...And his base of inbred mouthbreathers cheered as our president glorified that incident.

 I would enjoy seeing more Jim Acosta type, ignorant, in-your-face, lying, twist-the-facts, fake news reporters being body slammed - maybe then they would get the message that their lies will not be tolerated.

Ok, I've got something I think we can all agree on......even the far leftists here would have to agree....lvfritz is not a leftist.  That said, the Saudis murdered this guy and we all know that.  brutal and stupid, and everyone who's anyone in SA knows what happened.  Even President Trump.  The question that I'm seeing is how far to go?  Sure, we can put a hurting on the kingdom but they can hurt us back also.  We need to make a point but how much revenue do you want to give up while punishing the Saudis?  Whatever President Trump decides to do, it won't be enough for the left.  So by being obstinate, the left tells the President to just go ahead and appease his base.  That's what obstruction buys you.....a guaranteed unhappy ending for the left.....again.

I'm much more concerned with our southern border.

 You could clear up all liberal complaints and then they would bitch because there was nothing to bitch about. Imagine how well off the world would be if there were no liberals. One can dream...
