California's reservoir system is designed to accomodate the seasonal nature of California's rains, 90 percent of which occur in the winter and spring. You idiot.

Insofar as firefighting capabilities are concerned, 63% capacity is plenty--so your idiot statement is a stupid lie. The reservoirs don't need to be full, just to be at a high enough level to pump the water. And that's about 20 percent.

  Bullshit - Everyone knows that hurricanes are a force that one can only prepare for - which DeSantis did and does. The fires in California, while unpredictable, can be negated to a large extent by controlled burns and by having ample water resources and availability - which Newscum and the DemocRats governing there have not been doing "as promised". They diverted the water to the ocean to appease liberals for their idiotic desire to save a small fish. There was nothing more that brain dead Biden could have said, one way or the other, to DeSantis because, once again, DeSantis did everything humanly possible to prepare for the hurricane. Newscum, on the other hand did not do what he promised to do with controlled burns and he has done nothing to build another reservoir - the last one being built in 1979 - even though there has been enormous population growth and demand for water. President Trump, and thousands of Californians have rightfully condemned Newscum and the DemocRats for not doing their job. Quit making asinine excuses for what is happening in California and those that are to blame. I can guarentee that when the fires end that Newscum and the DemocRats will have hell to pay, hopefully for all Californians, at the ballot box.
