Sooooo...Davey Dog thinks that building dams prevents wildfires!
I wonder if dumb Davey Dog knows that you can't just build a reservoir and water will magically appear. I doubt that he knows that all feasible dam sites in California were used up several decades ago.
I also wonder if he knows that dams are FEDERAL projects, except ones on a very small scale.
I wonder, in fact, if he knows jack shit.
