what are you watching on the boob tube?

I try to limit my on demand viewing to one episode of "something" each night.   Even so I've burned through just about everything that looks good...I think.  Any other recommendations?

Since I'm a liberal snowflake commie pinko socialist, I watch PBS. Absolutely free, no commercials--and some of the best drama and documentary content I've seen.

Tonight, there's the fourth episode of "World on Fire," a drama about the interweaved lives of several ordinary people at the start of WWII. Great acting and writing.

If you step into the middle of any series, you can catch up by watching all the previous episodes for free online.

I've found that Brit TV isn't as shallow as American TV. It lacks all the stupid references to pop culture.

I'm looking forward today to watching The Last Dance episodes 5 and 6 tonight (Chicago Bulls/Michael Jordan era related program).  Yesterday I watched the 1997 World series game 7 at a friend's house with the Indians losing to the Fish.  Later, I spent time at another friends house watching simulcast horse racing while listening to music.  He bet about ten races while I only bet the last two.............luckily winning both for $37 in winnings.

I had been binge watching old The Last Ship episodes, but I've now watched them all.

Homeland & Ozark 5 stars

Jack Ryan 4 stars

The Man in the High Castle - 4.5 stars

The Mandalorian - 4 stars

Hunters - 4 stars, can be slow at times, but worth it.

While I am at ww2, Hogan's Heroes & McHales Navy (loved ensign Parker screw with Captain Binghamton)

The Last Kingdom - 4.5 stars

Vikings - 4.5 stars

Hells Kitchen - a train wreck, but I love it

And tv classics such as Mission Impossible, Star Trek, the Honeymooners & Lucy.
