Thats the exact description of all the video tape evidence that is being used to indict Donald Trump....that and testimony from his own people......and for some reason everyone on your side of the aisle says "witch hunt" and "weaponization of the Justice system".
I guess the Department of Justice should go find some social media posts from liberal hacks to use instead.

The difference here is that the evidence being used is undoctored video without Tucker Carlson screaming and waving his arms. The prosecution simply displays it and lets the jurors make up their own minds.
I do realize that letting people think for themselves and draw their own conclusions isn't in the conservitard playbook. The concept may be alien to them.
