What if every state went full Texas-fascist?

Thought experiment: what would happen if every state gerrymandered its districts to the ultimate extreme: one district.

only for the minority party? Or no districts?

Conversely, what if every state sent representatives to the House in proportion to populations of registered voters in each party? For instance, a state has 10 seats and Republicans are 60% of the electorate. The state sends 6 Republipigs and 4 Democrats.

The way it is now, it would be 10-0 Republipig.

Stupid Tom yeeped about Massachusetts being 9-0 Democrat. Strangely, he didn't make a sound about the dozens of red states where Republicans have far more House seats than they should, based on proportion. He's cool with Texas deliberately blotting out five Democrat seats. Why? Because it's his cult that's doing it.

Anyway, enough about stupid fascist Tom. My question is: if every state gerrymandered to the point where the minority party had one or zero seats, which party would have the majority? What if the minority party got ONE seat?

As total House representation is partially based on population, and registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans, I suspect that Democrats would hold a majority of seats. Have you seen any calculations done about this?

Obvious biased article by newsweek

NE and MD have no representation but is somehow considered fair.

Ca is somehow fair

Somehow Illinois is fair when other organizations have given it an F

Republicans received more votes in 24 & democrat registration is declining while Republicans are growing

The difference is that Republicans admit to it while the Democrats lie by pretending they don't do it.

Well, not racist, but America would be far better off.

You morons can't even answer my question.

Kevin doesn't grasp the concept that NY, California, and Illinois are the most gerrymandered states across the country.  We're just catching up.

And don't forget NJ, N England and Md.

SAD kevin has a tough time with facts

Kevin is sad that murders are plummeting in DC.  He'd prefer death than Trump.

Simply untrue. I can provide the facts if you wish.

Do a Google search on "most gerrymandered states." You'll get several results, but if you read a few of them, you'll notice that the lists are strikingly similar, and several states appear on just about all of them. Try Newsweek's article. (I know. "Liberal media.")

I know you like to cherry,-pick your "sources" according to which of them says what you want to hear, which is why I recommend you do some actual research for once.

That would start with an agreed-upon definition of what constitutes gerrymandering and at what point it becomes excessive. And since you're unwilling or unable to do that--your asinine and wildly inaccurate remarks about New England suggest the latter--anything that comes out of your mouth is thoughtless garbage.

Stupid Tom.

According to whom? By what metric?

BOILERBOOB'S OPINION?????

😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

Ask Google if Biden had the border buttoned up and you'll find plenty of lyin' Liberal rags that said that he did.  Kevin tells us that 1 DC murder in 17 days is just a coincidence.  Never trust a Liberal.

PJ is complaining that Trump hasn't sent troops to Memphis, and he will complain if Trump does just that.
