Her killer was confronted by police, as he was trying to flee the scene on foot, and lethal force was used.

"inspired by hate" and "killed her because of it" - nice touch. How do you know what "inspired" this tragedy? Is this part of your "opening statement"?. One moment you speak as a defense attorney, the next you speak as a prosecutor - you use either one as long as you can embellish and twist actual facts concerning anything that paints a negative picture of those who are not lying liberals.

The assailant deserved what he eventually received for committing this crime; it's all yet another disheartening example of today's divided culture. Condolences to both victim and assailant families following this calamity.

The examples of this moronic behavior are every where- the southern border, America no longer energy independant, huge gasoline prices, inflation, cost of food, rent, and interest rates, the corrupt FBI and the DOJ, defunding police- releasing or nor charging criminals which is causing an unprecedented rise in crime - especially in blue states and cities. It's not equal and opposite sides, though. One side is, "We want to live our lives as we wish." The other is, "We're entitled to kill you if you try." That ain't in the same category as things like "Should we tax social security benefits?"
Fuck the assailant and his family and relatives who tolerated and who knows, maybe even encouraged him. Hate crimes should be punished by prolonged torture, ideally over a period of months.
