There are 3 possible responses that Biden, or anyone can have to someone asking them this, they can refuse to answer, they can lie( I assume by saying lie that they say no) or they can say yes. You have determined that the only correct answer is yes, so based on the trumpster telling you Biden is on drugs, that only yes is the correct answer. After this very logical analysis on your part(oops I meant stupid) you ask if the Libs care.

Joe was drugged up, and they can't keep him drugged up every day going forward.  He was horrible last night, and we saw Sleepy at his very best at this point in time.  He is far worse when not on drugs, and he will be far worse in 12 months while on drugs or not.
