Seems to be that David/Boiler/Tom may just have actual lives to live.
But I must admit I did get a chuckle out of Mark's list.

Well, David periodically goes to Vegas and immediately comes here and screams at everyone...so he must be doing OK for once. Trump will be happy to sell David half a dozen pairs of sneakers (so much winning!).
Boiler has always gone to Arizona spring training games. Good for him. It's nice there this time of year and IMHO, the games are a lot more fun than regular season games. The parks are smaller and you can sit close enough to the action to see and hear everything. When I lived in Tucson, I went to see about a dozen games at Electric Park. Fun and cheap!
Tom, though, I'm not sure about his having a life. I think he might be downtown, wandering around and screaming at IMMERGENTS. I hope for his sake that someone doesn't clean his clock, though in NYC, crazy people screaming is just part of the daily passing landscape.
I think it would be too much to ask to speculate, as Mark does, that our Shortbus Gang's recent silence is due to any shame they feel about the recent antics (including spying for Russia, the unabashed calls for the destruction of our democracy, the disgusting Trump-servility of SCOTUS, and of course, Trump's ooze) of their MAGA moron masters. But this forum still has been a better place in their absence, so...we'll take it.
Millerscum is back to stalking me and making nasty personal attacks outside the Sink, as has been his habit, so I guess his Vegas vacay has taken a turn for the worse. Trump's gonna have to pay his own legal bills after all.
Laughlin was outstanding. The only down side was difficulty finding available blackjack tables.

I never have had a problem at Atlantis. Harrah's is OK, too, but it's too far to walk.
We visited Aquarius (previous Atlantis) and had troubles getting on a table. We hit most places, but didn't make it to Harrahs. I think that's the only casino we didn't hit. Nice golf course in Bullhead City called Laughlin Ranch. Didn't golf as this was a reconnaissance mission before our October group of 17 trip, but we had a cocktail and looked around. Cheap golf by Vegas standards for a nice track...$120 in October.
I just found out Tom has been absent because he has been hired as a Trump campaign consultant. It seems they need someone to teach Trump how to say Venezuela.

Yeah, don't know what it is, but Aquarius blackjack tables are always full. And I mean always.....at least in the afternoon and evenings.

I surmised, last time around, that their tables were full because of the habit of the other nearby casinos of shutting their pits down when it isn't evening or a weekend. Laughlin casinos are physically far enough apart that you really don't want to hoof it next door to find a game--especially if it's a pizza oven outside. So if I want a table game, I go to Aquarius, and I guess that many others do, too.

Aquarius only had two BJ tables open last Sunday afternoon. We asked if they would open a third, and they said only at a $25 minimum. We passed
