Poor old DonDiego has been offline because the wi-fi in Yellowstone National Park is non-existent to spotty to OK. Down here near the southeast-corner it's OK.
teechur and DonDiego have, even in the absence of electronic conveniences, been enjoying themselves and witnessing the beauty of nature. So far seen the highlight was observing a lone wolf across a meadow in the Lamar Valley.
If'n the Yellowstone Caldera doesn't blow poor old DonDiego will likely be online regularly next week.
Do you have any pictures to post of the sights you have seen?
Since the southeast corner of the park is a roadless wilderness, I wonder where DD actually is---Grant Village would be the closest developed area.
DonDiego is wise to visit Yellowstone before the next government shutdown makes access to the park impossible (again).
teechur and poor old DonDiego drove up from Yellowstone today to await airline transportation home from Bozeman.
And it was just in time. Things got a bit chilly yesterday, . . . and tonight the National Park is expecting a few inches of snow !
DonDiego looks forward to the 80+degrees expected back home tomorrow.
