Where is the media outrage?

Disgusting - These five people broke into the home of an 83 year old lady in Georgia. Because she had no money to give them they beat her mercilessly leaving her with multiple broken bones and head injuries. The five left and then returned pouring lighter fluid on the lady and set her on fire. The lady died. However, even after this horrible crime there is no open rioting, burning down other people’s property or looting.

Only some Black Lives Matter to Liberals. 

The perps have been sentenced to life in prison.

In crimes like this, poor old DonDiego yearns for the good old days when corporal punishments were still an option available to thoughtful judges.

Corporal punishment should be manditory in such cut and dried cases of guilt. The women is dead, while these murderers are still alive - is that justice?

Corporal punishments by parents and teachers was definitly an option in my growing up days.  Just the threat of it was enough.  Mom's glare and stern lectures were enough.  God help us if a note was sent home from a teacher.  I think boys sometimes got the principal's paddle on occasion.   

And try as we might to escape the agreed upon boundaries mandated, they pretty much knew where we were most of the time, and again God help us if we violated those boundaries and/or lied about something.   Now I realize that 'parenting', as they call it these days, is a holy terror of a job that requires constant vigilance and following through on behavioral expectations of us little darlings, to prepare us for the next steps of life in which we were expected to follow in their footsteps as far as being honest productive adults.  Had we ever, in anybody's wildest imagination, done anything remotely close to those pictured above, our parents would not be sobbing and saying "but he/she is a good boy/girl."  But then, again, it wasn't even going to be in the cards. 

If that sounds oversimplified, I can vouch for the fact that not one of us, nor any of our growing up crowds, had the slightest notion that it was OK to harm or steal from another person in any way, whether we 'liked' them or not.  

In DonDiego's elementary school education there were rumors that the Principle possessed an "Electric Paddle" with which to administer justice to those guilty of misconduct.

Poor old DonDiego never saw it, . . . but he did hear stories . . .

I've never viewed a study that Kevin will demand as proof, but my life experiences tell me that children who grow up without reasonable corporal punishment are more likely to become ill-mannered adults, less than successful adults, and adults who are less likely to have prepared for life.  Some need an official study to conclude this, but I've watched and experienced this truth.

I'm guessing that Kevin needed more serious spankings is a child.

Golly, you mean David brought up something that happened four years ago for the first time today? And then implied that white people are somehow superior because they currently aren't rioting after a four-year-old crime were the perps are already serving life sentences?

Since David asked the question, where was his outrage four years ago? The truth is he didn't know or didn't care. Why do you think four years later he is suddenly outraged by it?

Do you think maybe David went out and looked for an old crime that suited his political purposes to publicize? 

He and his group of conservative thugs further victimized this lady's family by dredging up this old story, passing it around and adding a new racial context to the crime.  David and his cohorts have forced this crime victim's family to relive their grief so they can score cheap political points with their racist buddies on social media.
