Whistleblower Goes Under Federal Protection

"60 Minutes" host Scott Pelley announced the network had obtained a letter indicating the whistleblower is under protection because they fear for their safety.

The letter from the whistleblower's lawyer, Andrew Bakaj, Compass Rose LLC, indicates that the office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has activated "appropriate resources" to protect them.

It doesn't surprise me a bit. Trump implied he should be executed a few days ago. And we know there is no such thing as a crime the Trump Syndicate isn't willing to commit. 

BTW When Trump threatened the guy he just put himself on the hook for witness intimidation and witness tampering to add to his growing list of crimes. 

The only good thing is that we know President Pussy is 99% hot air, bluff, and bluster.

Still, his saying that the whistleblower should be executed is reprehensible and disgusting. Can you imagine the Cons' reaction if Obama had said something like that? They would have popped like overripe zits.

Do you have anything substantive to add? How do YOU feel about Trump suggesting the whistleblower should be executed? That isn't hyperbole. He said it. Do you approve? Do you think people who report Trump's wrongdoing should be killed?

If you have no views to share, and simply want to make snide remarks about those who choose to post on this forum, then I think it's HILARIOUS that you made a pointless post complaining about how pointless other people's posts are.

There's a difference between lying and simply being wrong. Schiff may not have known about it. Why would he lie about it, if he knew? Schiff's office is SUPPOSED to investigate such things as whisteblower complaints.

In any event, how does that remotely compare with Trump's treason. lying, and coverups? You Trumpers always do the same thing (as does Trump)--when Trump's wrongdoing is exposed, accuse someone else of doing the same thing, as a distraction.

So a member of schiff's staff met with this person & didn't bother to tell his boss.  Do you really believe the drivel you write?

Why would schiff lie?  He does all the time.  Remember he said numerous times that he saw the evidence about collusion & he never did.

He is supposed to tell the Republicans & he didn't.

Oh yeah.  This is just blowing up in the Democrat's faces.  Congressman directs the so called whistle blower before he blew the whistle and lies about the contact?  Now he's supposed to run the impeachment investigation?  This smells like a steaming pile of Schiff. 

OH....and why would Schiff lie about his early contact?  Because Whistleblowers are not supposed to take their complaints directly to their biased congressman in order to prevent the politicizaiton of the process.  That's why they have an Inspector General.  The whole thing reeks of a politically motivated hit...but that's nothing new with this Democrat mob. 

Now that the special envoy to the Ukraine and the State Department Inspector General's testimony have not lived up to the frenzied democrat hype, it's time to question if normal Democrats are ever going see the light  and stop buying into the propoganda spewing from political hacks like Mark and Kevin.  Their hate for our President is so strong they'd rather the country suffer as long as they can hurt Trump via their made for TV political soap opera.  It's going to backfire on them.

You can prattle all you want and float distractions until you're blue in the face, but Trump is a traitor, he will be punished for his crimes, and there's nothing you can do about it.

It's reprehensible that you actually WANT this asshole in office. It says a lot about you and all the other Trumpers out there. Go ahead and defend him. All you do is further shame yourselves.
