 Wasting no time cancelling the horrendous executative actions that brain dead biden signed - -EXCLUSIVE: President-elect Trump will sign more than 200 executive actions on Inauguration Day—a massive, first wave of policy priorities focused on border security, energy, reducing the cost of living for American families, ending DEI programs across the federal government, and more, Fox News Digital has learned. --A senior administration official who is familiar with the executive actions and authorized to brief Fox News Digital said Trump on day one will end "Catch and Release;" pause all offshore wind leases; terminate the electric vehicle mandate; abolish the Green New Deal; withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord; and take several major steps to assert presidential control over the federal bureaucracy. -- The official said Trump will sign multiple "omnibus" executive orders that each contain dozens of major executive actions. -- "The president is issuing a historic series of executive orders and actions that will fundamentally reform the American government, including the complete and total restoration of American sovereignty," the official told Fox News Digital. -- On day one, the president-elect will declare a national border emergency; direct the U.S. military to work with the Department of Homeland Security to fully secure the southern border; and establish a national priority to eliminate all criminal cartels operating on U.S. soil.  - Trump will close the border to all illegal aliens via proclamation, Fox News Digital has learned -- Trump will also create task forces for the protection of homeland security with officers from the FBI, ICE, CEA, and other agencies to "fully eradicate the presence of criminal cartels." -- Trump will also direct designations of cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, which the official said will unlock new authorities to achieve the Trump homeland security mission -- Fox News Digital has learned that Trump will re-institute "Remain in Mexico," and direct the military to construct a new area of border wall. Here are some of the low level criminals he is releasing:

Dwayne Appling, 37, of Illinois. an armed and dangerous career criminaldrug dealer and gang banger. 

Biden found worthy last month of having his 27-year sentence drastically reduced, plunked back on the streets to sell heroin and other poison to children.

Pennsylvania’s Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro, is incensed that Biden commuted the sentence of former judge Michael Conahan. One of two jurists found guilty of accepting $2.8 million in illegal payments in exchange for sending youngsters to for-profit detention facilities. The so-called “Kids for Cash” scandal “affected families in really deep and profound and sad ways,” Shapiro said. “Some children took their own lives because of this,” he added

Biden reduced the sentence of Lairon Graham, 67, a Buffalo man convicted in 2023 of organizing and heading a drug conspiracy to sell fentanyl, crack, cocaine and heroin. When police raided his home, they found fentanyl, crack and cash. He also possessed a firearm in his residence.

In addition to heading up the drug gang, Graham was also convicted of “sex trafficking by force or coercion” from 2013 to 2021. 

This “non-violent drug dealer” threatened or beat at least four women in order to force them to engage in commercial sexual activity. He beat one learning-disabled woman on a daily basis. He had 12 prior convictions.

Biden commuted the sentence of Valentino Shine, 57, convicted in 2019 of five counts of sex trafficking, narcotics sales and intent to distribute crack cocaine. He ran a sex-trafficking operation out of his Buffalo residence, exploiting at least nine drug-addicted women and coercing them to engage in commercial sex acts. He would use beatings and drugs to control the women. Biden lowered his sentence from 30 years to 18 years, 4 months.

Jaron Ruth, 32, another Buffalo native, pleaded guilty in 2019 to selling drugs in Erie and Cattaraugus counties over a period of three years and possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking during that period. Ruth had been charged with shooting a man in the chest during a burglary of the victim’s home, but that charge was not a part of the plea.
