I think Greene wins the Dumb Derby. Boebert, the high school dropout, isn't far behind, but she does have the instinctual ability to use her sharply limited intellectual resources to her best advantage. You have to acknowledge that in some fashion--it's like the dumb kid in the back of the classroom getting a C+ on the midterms. You gotta admit, she went from being fired from McDonald's to a cushy, high-paid job being useless in Washington, surrounded by boot-lickers. She conned the gun-licking yahoos of western CO into voting for her. That's an accomplishment.

Greene, in contrast, is probably inherently smarter than the dropout, but she seems to be engaging in a one-bitch crusade to show her constituents what a horrible mistake they made in electing her. She's fully embraced her inner cuckoobird and has spent her time so far out on the alt-right fringe that she's almost fallen off the edge. She's the Jewish space laser lady, after all.

The other three you mentioned are definitely assholes, but they do have some level of primitive street smarts and some comprehension of what their jobs and roles are. The two nutball bitches, though, don't have a fucking clue, and don't care.
