On Wednesday, Cincinnati city council President Pro Tem Victoria Parks commented on a Facebook video of the fight, saying “They begged for that beat down! I am grateful for the whole story. WLWT reached out to Parks, who confirmed that she did post the comment and that she stands by her statement.
Here is a link showing parks and side picture of the unconscious young white woman who according to parks deserved being knocked out by a full grown adult black male
