Wholesale Inflation hits 6%, a direct result of Trumps actions

PPI inflation report April 2026: | CNBC

"Wholesale prices in April posted their highest annual increase in more than three years, signaling more nettlesome inflation as pipeline costs intensify."

"On an annual basis, the index was up 6%, the biggest increase since December 2022."

"Energy was at the root of the unexpectedly high gain in producer prices, as it was for a surge in consumer prices that the BLS reported Tuesday, though there was evidence that the price pain is extending beyond the gas pump."

What happened to all the MAGA and conservative posters that used to post in The Sink? They've all gone into hiding as all of their predictions are crashing down around them.

I have some posts from them and have thought of doing a greatest hits thread from tom, Boilerman, CharlesIII, Inigo, and David Miller. Looks like the libs won, again.

The libs debated their anti-Democrat/Biden posts; the cons disappeared. Pretty funny

A temporary condition, as all intelligent people know. Meanwhile, mouthy liberals continue to make mountains out of mole hills - I find it amazing that none of these morons were losing their brainwashed minds when inflation hit 9% when their brain dead President was in charge. I am so glad I live where ignorant liberals do not exist - they are some of the stupidist and whiney morons alive.

I'm sorry, David, but despite your valiant attempt, this is only the second stupidest post you've made this month.

They're gone, not because of their views, but because we kept calling them out on their stupid illogic. Of course, you do have to twist reality into strange shapes to defend the Turd's actions. Maybe they got sick of making fools out of themselves for him?

Miller derives sexual pleasure from arguing with and insulting people, and he furiously whacks off every time he copies and posts some Fakebook rando's shit. So he's not going anywhere--even though he's pompously proclaimed several times that he was going to take his ball and go home, waah, waah.

We might hear from stupid Tom, with a Tom-stat showing that consumer prices are actually down 73% and chickens are now shitting gold. Or maybe he feels he needs to barf out WHAT ABOUT BIDEN, HUH???, since he hasn't done that for almost three days  now. Miller did that, of course, but he can't help himself. He tried blaming Biden at his rape trial, and all he accomplished was to piss off the judge.

We pay higher fuel prices indirectly as well, since the price of diesel has gone up even more than the prices of gas. It's telling that wholesale prices are even higher; that suggests that companies aren't passing on all of their added costs to consumers. When they can't absorb part of the pain any more, they'll jack up retail prices even higher.

There's something fundamentally wrong with our entire system when one man can cause all this damage. And based on what he recently said, it looks like the only way to end the Iran war is to end Trump.

Haha, good for our international gamblers! There's a silver lining.
