  The charges are false and illegal and the case will/should be thrown out - with this type of judicial decision, the plaintiff should be responsible for all of the defendants lawyer fees and for court costs. But knowing how the DemocRats have conducted this witch hunt, the ones that will pay for this injustice will inevitably be the American tax payers - as it has been for all of the previous investigations that the corrupt DemocRats have brought against and lost against President Trump. These indictments are a sick joke, and when the 2024 elections come, the corrupt DemocRat party will pay for what they have done.

Is the audio tape where Trump took out the defense documents and showed them to people fake?

Is the memo were Trump's co-conspirator lays out the coup plan fake?

Are the fake electors crisis actors rather than real Trump supporters and Republican party officials?

Is the video tape of Trump's henchmen moving the documents fake?

You seem to have declared him innocent of all 147 charges or however many there are today, plus all charges to be made in the future.
