Who's your RepubliQ nominee?

You can answer this question whether you're a decent human being (Democrat) or RepubliQ scum (of whatever form). Who do you want to see win the 2024 RepubliQ nomination? Trump? DeSantis? Scott? Someone else?

I definitely favor the Orange Turd, because if nominated, he'll lose the election and possibly shatter the RepubliQ party in the process. Who do you want, and why?

Fun thought: let's open up a booth at the entrance to the RepubliQ Party convention and give everyone an automatic weapon and ten clips of ammo. Then, sometime during one of the candiates' speeches, toss a string of lit firecrackers into the crowd. Let the fun begin!

At this point it looks like the nomination is Trump's to loose. DeSantis has no personality and his launch was a disaster.  In any event, like Trump, I think DeSantis is unelectable in the general. A national six week abortion ban, a war on Disney, book bannings and authoritarian leanings don't sell well in a national election.

I think there is a small opportunity on the R side for a non MAGA to win the nomination ifTrump falters because of his legal problems. I don't think the MAGAs will go for DeSantis even if Trump is gone as Trump has done a really good job of publicly emasculating him.

So do you think that if DeSantis wins the nomination, the MAGAs will hold their noses and vote for him or pout and stay home? The RepubliQ have a lot more loyalists who will vote for ANY shitbag with "REPUBLICAN" painted on his forehead than the Democrats do--that's that party's strength.

I could shit a better Repug candidate.
