Why?

Tell me - Image may contain: text that says 'If the government can force working people to stay home why can't they force lazy people to get a job'

Because no one has the ineffable wisdom or the infallible judgment to say if a given person is being lazy or not. For one thing, you'd have to know every single thing about that person, including medical records, personal history, skills and education, and family. Then you'd have to follow that person around all day, every day until you knew enough about him to make an informed decision.

Or, you could be a stupid conservative fuck and assume that even in a time of 30% unemployment, anybody who isn't working is "lazy."

"Lazy" is a subjective concept and evaluation. You sure as shit aren't qualified to judge anyone else in that or any other regard.

You can weasel all you want, but you're not entitled to say who deserves government assistance and who doesn't. Thank God for that!
