Why did tRump keep top secret documents?

My guess is to sell.

After all, the well of dumb-ass MAGAts will eventually dry up, and he LOVES money.

Thoughts?

Blackmail. A lot of people are named in those documents as foreign intelligence sources. If he leaked that info to foreign governments, they'd end up dead, or at least in prison. They'd pay up.

I think it was money. For example,  tell the Saudis which of their citizens are spying on them in exchange for hosting their golf tournaments and a new business forJared.

Not saying that happened.

I think it was his pathological narcissism. He's like a grabby infant saying "mine, MINE" about everything within reach. In his last days before being evicted from government housing, I'd guess he was especially crazed.

I'm sure his Russian handlers, who have been with him since at least the 1980s, could have benefited from his criminality, but I don't think that was his main impetus.

And can you imagine voting with a political party that glorifies that kind of behavior?

I dont like to make false accusations based upon a guess.   Best leave that to the Jade Helm intellectuals.

It doesnt matter why he had the documents.   Regardless, Its a felony that he had them..   and its a felony that he lied about having them.   And its a felony to obstruct the investigation into getting them back.

I could never have imagined anyone observing that awful fuck's behavior and then voting for him to assume the most important job in the country. But the 75 million did so. Twice!

I remember a 2016 satirical comic, a character commenting that the 2016 election should not have been even remotely close. I was flabbergasted when so many people voted for him. I mean, if someone like that appeals to you, you have to be an idiot AND an asshole.

But that same gang is cheering on Trump's crimes, pitching death threats at those who are trying to punish him, and planning to vote for him a third time. And they're still barking the Big Lie.

The worst part is, if not for the pandemic, he'd probably be President now. Not that the pandemic shot him down--his botching of the response did.

And he'll skate. I'd say it's even money he doesn't even get indicted.

I hate to admit it, but the Democrats have been total pussies in going after him. They already have twenty excellent reasons to draw up an arrest warrant right now. The Mar E Asshole document theft is small beer compared to everything else he's done.

And in spite of all of those felonious actions, he still hasn't been arrested, jailed, and held without bail!

I don't disagree with any of that. 

But the best you guys could put forward was this incompetent senile old man that can hardly read?  

Would you have preferred Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren?   Biden's legacy is lookng pretty good to most left-leaning voters.   

And since we are making wagers on this board now, I have one !   Presuming both Biden and Trump die of natural causes I predict Biden will outlive his predecessor who's bolod type is Big Mac sauce.
