They never know what will happen to them if they are apprehended; their rights will be ignored.
This administration has ignored the basic tenets of the criminal justice system in this country for a blind devotion to deporting anyone they decide doesn't belong in the USA.

I hold law enforcement to a higher standard than you do. This gentleman was sleeping in his house, and you blame him for being asian, I guess? Or just being brown?
From my reading, computer systems are kicking out what most of us would consider minor/administrative issues applying to immigrants, misdemeanors, overdue DLs, failures to update something relevant to legal resident status. And if they don't have their 10-20 year old 'certificate' with them when pulled over, too bad.
And now with biometric ID systems they can pick out that one whose re-registration or whatever is overdue, and he likely doesn't have his papers with him...which was not so much on the mind before the big round ups began.
How many times have 'you' needed an important document to conduct some business, one that you stashed somewhere, yet at the moment of truth you spend an hour searching through your house looking for it?

People can be detained for what Candy is saying but NOBODY can be deported without a hearing where the person can bring a lawyer. A decision is rendered which can be appealed.
There is no evidence of the max claim break in other than 1 person,

1- Convicted illegal criminals are deported; a hearing is then held with the illegal allowed a lawyer
2- The problems in the streets are due to cities not allowing ICE into the prisons/courts to arrest.
2- Illegals that have final orders of deportation are deported. In order to get a final order the case has to go to immigration court (which are legal). The illegal immigrant can bring a lawyer & the case can be appealed. If the illegal doesn't show up for the hearing a final order can be issued.
4- Nobody can be deported unless the above procedure is followed.

How is this relevant to ICE breaking into this man's house without a warrant?
Was he deported? No. Accidents like this happen all the time with law enforcement
They still need a lawful reason to do what they do and if they go beyond their qualified immunity and relegated powers they need to be prosecuted, no free passes.
I completely agree that if they did this without a signed warrant, they need to be held 100% accountable up to losing their LEO status, imprisoned, or whatever the proper punishment should be.
