Perhaps quit spending more than comes in and fix the issue with $1,000,000,000,000 in interest every 100 days? I think the first place to start is shut off all foreign aid until we finish aiding our own citizens.

You don't have the vaguest idea how much of our budget goes to foreign aid, do you? Hint: completely cutting it off wouldn't make much difference at all.
