This should be interesting.
This should be interesting.
Why does Boilerman think the gate attendant at Yellowstone is "fraud" ?
That should really be interesting.
Since that hasn't been done by the Turd administration in any way, shape, or form, your question is moot...and stupid.
Haha, this is awesome! A classic Boiler strawman, demanding people explain his statement that is a MAGA talking point. Yet, every post on the forum is about the legality of the actions and the financial results of those actions. Classic Boiler. I hope tinfoil Aaron shows up to complete the picture!
I don't understand the question.

He is asking is it a bad thing to look for/search for fraud in the U.S. government. This question is answered with either a "yes" - or - a "no". The answer should be obvious.
Why is it bad to do brain surgery? Kind of depends on who and how.
It really isn't a question, Candy. It's Boiler's attempt to troll the liberal posters in the Sink, and illicit some negative responses, as it has, and some other conservative posters contention, that Democrats approve of government fraud.
Thanks, Edso. I figured it was something like that. As I've said in other threads, I sat through many a required "Waste, Fraud, and Abuse" class put on by Inspector Generals through my years. Of course those were predicated on the likelihood of employees, not "the government" doing the W, F, and A, but it gave them, the IGs, work to do. It was good because I realized I would never in a million years undertake whistleblowing. IMHO that is an exercise in self-mutilation at the peon level, and probably worse at the government level.
Supposedly the whistleblower stands to be given a ton of money if the 'savings' from stopping whatever waste, fraud, and abuse was initally reported is found and corrected. Yeah.
But, yeah, it is a necessary thing, as history has shown. Does it accomplish what it is supposed to? I don't know.

Hi Candy,
It always sounds good, superficially, to "purge" "waste, fraud, and abuse" and for the voter who spends less thought on which lever in the booth to pull than he does on which button to push on the candy bar vending machine, it's "yeah sure why not."
But as you've seen, Elon's wrecking crew hasn't bothered to determine where actual waste is occuring. They and MAGA simply label anything they disagree with or dislike as "fraud, waste, and abuse" and then fire up the bulldozers.
For instance you may wonder why Elon went after USAid so rapidly and vehemently. Well, Elon grew up during a time when white folks were losing their iron grip on South Africa. And USAid has channeled millions to impoverished BLACK South Africans. So Elon wanted to destroy them.
Another absurdity is Elon forcing the national parks to shut down on weekdays because he fired a major portion of the rangers. There was no explanation of why those rangers were supposedly fraudulent, wasteful, or abusive.
So, all it's really about is a hamfisted effort to lower billionaires' taxes without having to slash Medicare and Medicaid. The standard MAGA bleat as well as the core tenet of Project 2025 is GUMMINT AM BAD. When you believe that, any slashing of government services seems like an intrinsic good.
