It will become clear to you when brain dead Biden is replaced by another corrupt DemocRat prior to the Nov 5 election. The real question is who will these DemocRats choose? Will it be Blabbin Newscum, Michelle Obeyme, hyena Harris or some other corrupt, America hating offal?
There has been a lot of discussion that the plan all along was for biden to go on the primary ballot & after he gets enough delegates he would drop out of the race & pledge his delegates to a candidate selected by the democrat puppet masters at the convention.
The hope is that biden could keep it together long enough to make it thru the primaries and the end of his term.
It is becoming more obvious that he may not make it
